Description

  • Support customer demonstrations, evaluations, field deployments, and operationalizing the Identifi platform.
  • Work directly with mission users to integrate Identifi into operational workflows.
  • Lead technical demonstrations and briefings for defense, security, and public safety organizations.
  • Troubleshoot issues and assist customers with issue resolution during deployments and mission support.
  • Collect, synthesize, and communicate field feedback to engineering and product teams.
  • Collaborate with customers, resellers, and OEM partners to design repeatable deployment workflows.
  • Document operational workflows for future deployments and reuse.
  • Support go-to-market activities such as pilot programs, evaluation events, and customer briefings.
  • Translate real-world operational needs into product improvements and system reliability enhancements.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting or deploying technical systems in operational environments.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts between engineers and operational users.
  • Experience with biometrics collections platforms in an operational environment and/or intelligence collections platforms or analysis.
  • Comfort working directly with customers and operational users.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% for demonstrations, deployments, and evaluations.
  • Exposure to ATAK and GIS data visualization programs (preferred).
  • Experience with biometrics collection and analysis use cases (preferred).
  • Previous solutions architect and/or technical customer support experience (preferred).
  • Experience working with networked systems or tactical networking environments, including IP-based radios, mesh networks, or IP configurations across multiple operating systems (preferred).
  • FAA Part 107 certification (preferred).
