Description

  • Field incoming client communications via phone, chat, and the online customer portal.
  • Support end users with PerfectServe application administration and general account management.
  • Train end users on how to use PerfectServe’s phone, mobile, and web applications effectively.
  • Troubleshoot message delivery and message content issues, identify root causes, and make configuration changes to resolve them.
  • Consult on, design, configure, and deploy custom applications to meet end-user workflow needs.
  • Build and revise new user accounts based on established standards and best practices.
  • Work with end users and hospital IT personnel to troubleshoot mobile and web connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with customer success, integration, and technical teams on escalated technical issues.
  • Support on-call schedule management, application builds, and application revisions.
  • Provide high-quality customer service with empathy and clear communication across support channels.

Requirements

  • Ability to work evening, overnight, weekend, and some holiday shifts; night shifts are currently being hired.
  • Availability to start on June 8, 2026.
  • Must be located within the United States.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks.
  • High customer empathy and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Access to high-speed internet.
  • Ability to maintain 100% attendance during the first 60 days of employment.
  • Ability to communicate while standing or sitting and perform repetitive hand motions; role is primarily sedentary and requires acute hearing and English fluency.
