Description

  • Work with the Enterprise Sales Manager, Strategic Account Executives, and Sales Development team to identify and sell to national restaurant enterprise brands and their franchisees.
  • Generate pipeline and close revenue to achieve quota attainment.
  • Sell on value and return on investment rather than features and functions.
  • Uncover customer pain points and business impact and map them to Restaurant365 solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from self-sourced opportunities through close.
  • Ensure new customers stay on track to go live during implementation after the sale.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast information.
  • Network with existing customers and vendor partners to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Work with Sales Engineers to deliver complex demos and conduct requirements analysis and scoping.
  • Research industry trends and apply a systematic sales process to move opportunities from start to finish.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience with a strong record of success.
  • Software sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in consistently meeting and exceeding quota.
  • Ability to follow and adopt structured sales processes.
  • Ability to network, build relationships, negotiate, and solve problems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients as needed.
  • ERP or restaurant industry experience is a bonus.
