Description

  • Own revenue growth, expansion strategy, and retention for a defined portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account growth plans aligned with the company’s commercial strategy.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor and primary commercial leader for assigned strategic accounts.
  • Drive wallet share expansion through cross-sell and upsell across the company’s services and solutions.
  • Lead select high-value new-logo pursuits aligned with priority growth markets and the three-year strategic plan.
  • Own pursuit strategy, including win themes, deal strategy, executive engagement, and competitive positioning.
  • Partner with proposal development, sales operations, and solutioning teams to execute disciplined pursuits.
  • Drive organic growth in existing accounts by identifying new programs, services, geographies, and solution adjacencies.
  • Maintain customer retention by managing client health, performance issues, and renewal strategies.
  • Collaborate with finance, delivery, marketing, product strategy, customer success, and operations to align go-to-market execution and ensure profitable delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Leadership/Sales Management, or Finance.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Experience focused on clients in the energy, utilities, and clean energy sectors.
  • Willing and able to travel nationally up to 50%.
  • Proven track record of owning and growing large, complex strategic accounts over multiple years.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-value new-logo pursuits and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Experience driving expansion growth and retention within existing enterprise customers.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust and influence at the C-suite and senior leadership levels.
  • Highly collaborative leadership experience working across sales, delivery, product, finance, and operations.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate long-term vision into executable account and pursuit plans.

  • Base salary range of $200,000–$225,000.
