Description

  • Lead a team of energy program-focused process evaluation and market research professionals.
  • Manage projects from concept through implementation, including plans, budgets, deliverables, and presentations.
  • Organize, lead, and participate in client and stakeholder meetings.
  • Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and support expansion of services.
  • Develop business with new clients through lead generation and proposal support.
  • Oversee primary and secondary data collection and data analysis efforts.
  • Guide junior and mid-level staff on methods and quality check results and deliverables.
  • Lead technical report writing and contribute results and actionable recommendations.
  • Communicate with clients promptly and manage consulting business practices such as budget, margins, invoicing, and aging.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Social and Environmental Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, Public Policy with a quantitative focus, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience evaluating Demand-Side Management (DSM) programs.
  • Expert-level knowledge of study design, program evaluation, energy programs, and utility industry operations.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as the primary point of contact for client projects.
  • Experience preparing reports that detail analytical findings.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Ability to build client relationships and resolve logistical and technical issues collaboratively.
  • Master’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of DSM program evaluation experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated consulting experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience preferred.
