Description

  • Collaborate with project teams to plan and launch study startup activities, including communications, logistics, documentation, and data configuration.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for clinical sites and maintain clear communication with sponsors and internal teams.
  • Oversee site onboarding and training on Beacon devices and study protocols to support proper device use and data collection.
  • Monitor study progress and ensure adherence to timelines, protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage study operations across startup, maintenance, and close-out phases to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and other clinical research regulations.
  • Coach internal peers on GCP requirements, documentation discipline, version control, and complaint management.
  • Identify operational risks and escalate issues using tools such as Zendesk and Asana.
  • Collect and share site feedback to improve devices and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify priorities and anticipate challenges.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of decentralized data collection, compliance, and oversight.
  • Empathy for patients and clinical sites.
  • Interest in analytics, statistics, machine learning, and clinical trials.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $90,000–$110,000.
