Description

  • Define and refine ideal customer profiles, segmentation, core positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions.
  • Translate product features into clear customer benefits, outcomes, personas, JTBD insights, and competitive narratives.
  • Contribute market, competitor, and customer insight to inform packaging and pricing decisions.
  • Partner with team members on website copy, product pages, blog content, campaigns, and other customer-facing content.
  • Own product narratives across web, in-app, email, and sales materials.
  • Lead product launches end to end, including planning, messaging, internal enablement, and external communications.
  • Create launch assets such as pages, emails, announcements, demos, and FAQs, and track launch impact.
  • Build and maintain sales collateral and enable Sales and Customer Success with product stories, objection handling, and competitive context.
  • Run customer interviews and research, monitor market trends, and turn insights into actionable messaging and content.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, synthesis, experimentation, and analysis of customer feedback and messaging tests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Senior PMM in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong track record of owning positioning, messaging, and product launches.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Strong customer empathy and research skills.
  • Active, practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in marketing workflows.
  • Familiarity with modern SaaS go-to-market motions, including PLG, sales-assisted, or hybrid models.
  • Comfort working remotely and asynchronously with strong self-direction and follow-through.
  • Pragmatic, outcome-focused, and able to create just enough structure to move fast.
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and a preference for shipping over over-documenting.
  • Bonus: experience in project management, professional services, or capacity planning software.
  • Bonus: experience marketing to creative agencies or professional services firms.
  • Bonus: experience supporting sales teams directly.
  • Bonus: exposure to analytics tools such as Amplitude, Segment, or HubSpot.

  • Salary of £80,000-£100,000.
