Description

  • Drive the creation of payer-specific marketing and sales enablement materials such as snapshots, one-pagers, templates, and internal documents.
  • Own the end-to-end launch of a portfolio of payer products and specialized payer projects from contract signature through in-market activation.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to ensure all materials accurately reflect payer product features and value-based care terminology.
  • Partner with Strategy, Performance, Sales, Marketing, and Market P&L teams to support product readiness, alignment, and growth goals.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple initiatives while coordinating cross-functional execution.
  • Report on product and campaign performance and synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Provide recommendations for product enhancements or promotional adjustments based on performance analysis.
  • Support additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, go-to-market execution, or cross-functional operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for varied stakeholders and seniority levels.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
  • Direct, relevant work experience in payer contracting or value-based care preferred.
  • Experience using project and task management tools such as Monday.com, Salesforce, Slack, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams with minimal supervision preferred.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate product vision and progress preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from qualitative and quantitative data preferred.
