Description

  • Own and evolve app store strategy across multiple mobile game titles.
  • Drive organic growth and discoverability through keyword strategies, metadata frameworks, and store positioning.
  • Manage end-to-end App Store Optimization across the full growth funnel, from search visibility to conversion.
  • Build and scale experimentation frameworks for creatives and metadata through structured testing and rapid iteration.
  • Use AI-driven tools and workflows to support research, ideation, execution, and performance insights.
  • Partner with User Acquisition, Product Marketing, Creative, and Game teams to align store strategy with broader growth initiatives.
  • Ensure app store presence stays consistent with UA campaigns, in-game experiences, LiveOps, and seasonal beats.
  • Adapt strategy in response to platform changes, algorithm updates, and evolving player behavior.
  • Support broader organic growth loops such as referral systems and invite-based mechanics.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in App Store Optimization within mobile gaming.
  • Deep understanding of both the App Store and Google Play ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to improve discoverability and conversion through keyword strategy, metadata optimization, and creative testing.
  • Experience building and running structured A/B testing frameworks.
  • Ability to translate test results into scalable insights and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel growth and the relationship between paid UA, organic discovery, store performance, and LiveOps.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows for research, content generation, experimentation, or performance optimization.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent prioritization and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
