Description

  • Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, identify AI opportunities, and define solution requirements.
  • Lead customer engagements from discovery and solution design through deployment, adoption, and measurable business impact.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to help customers implement and scale AI-driven solutions.
  • Present technical concepts, solution recommendations, and business outcomes to technical and executive audiences.
  • Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions for supply chain use cases.
  • Develop production-ready ML pipelines, AI applications, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and adapt state-of-the-art techniques to customer and product needs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Bring customer insights, implementation learnings, and industry trends back into the organization to influence product strategy.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to best practices in AI solution development and deployment.

Requirements

  • BE, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
  • Experience working directly with customers, stakeholders, or business teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, experimentation, and data science methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, agentic systems, RAG architectures, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, object-oriented programming, and modern software development practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive outcomes independently, and balance technical depth with business impact.
  • Experience in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or other customer-facing AI role is preferred.
  • Supply chain domain expertise is preferred.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Databricks, Apache Spark, and distributed data processing frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience with vector databases, open-source LLMs, model fine-tuning, and secure AI deployments is preferred.
  • Experience with graph analytics, graph databases such as Neo4j, NetworkX, or GraphX, and Graph Neural Networks is preferred.
  • Experience applying NLP techniques to large-scale text processing and data normalization challenges is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Python-based application frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Streamlit is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and deliver compelling customer-facing demonstrations is preferred.
