Description

  • Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for full-time positions across multiple functions in Malaysia.
  • Analyze hiring requirements and coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing through offer closure.
  • Source candidates through local recruitment channels such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Ricebowl, and employee referrals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
  • Negotiate salaries and conduct background checks for selected candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to provide recruitment advice, market insights, and process updates.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience and communicate company culture and values at candidate touchpoints.
  • Maintain recruitment data, prepare regular hiring reports, and analyze hiring efficiency and channel performance.
  • Recommend process improvements based on recruitment data and channel effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • In-house (corporate) recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Proven successful recruitment experience in the local Malaysian market is required.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and employment contracts.
  • Knowledge of local market compensation trends in Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong judgment, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using mainstream local recruitment channels such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Ricebowl, and referrals is preferred.
