Description

  • Own end-to-end product launch execution across North American retail partners.
  • Coordinate launch timelines, content readiness, marketing assets, inventory availability, and promotional plans.
  • Partner with sales teams and retail buyers to support new item introductions and category growth.
  • Work with international teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Support business growth across retail and online channels.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and category teams.
  • Execute product launches, promotions, retail media programs, seasonal campaigns, and in-store initiatives.
  • Optimize retailer product pages to maximize conversion and improve content quality.
  • Analyze retail performance, track key metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing strategies, and category movements.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Global HQ to bridge product strategy and retail execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in retail account management, channel marketing, retail marketing, category management, go-to-market management, or consumer electronics.
  • Experience with Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Target, Home Depot, or other national retailers is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of retail launches, promotions, retail media, digital shelf, merchandising, and sell-through.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or retailer analytics tools is preferred.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategy, execution, and analytics.
  • Passion for consumer technology and smart home innovation.
