Description

  • Manage inbound daily sales calls and convert customer inquiries into sales.
  • Meet or exceed baseline sales targets and monthly performance KPIs.
  • Maintain a 60% or better closing rate and convert 25% or better of call-ins into the Year Round Protection Plan.
  • Execute the Inside Sales 6-Step Sales Approach.
  • Follow up on proposed, open, and sold orders within 24 hours.
  • Re-solicit single-purchase customers to convert them into Year Round Protection Plan customers.
  • Execute residential campaigns for new and existing customers.
  • Support outbound and SMS campaigns as needed based on inbound volume.
  • Meet call volume standards of 12 to 15 calls per hour.
  • Maintain an average monthly call quality score above 75%.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of successful experience in a rapidly growing professional sales organization.
  • 1+ years of call center experience.
  • Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • College Diploma or University Degree in business, administrative, and/or accounting field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Salary of $39,000 to $42,000 annually plus commissions.
