Description

  • Build strong professional relationships with key contacts at assigned client companies at both franchise and corporate levels.
  • Coordinate technicians, operations managers, support staff, technical teams, and leaders to meet client goals and expectations.
  • Provide daily client support and share technical insights to help execute account strategy.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices and share relevant insights with clients.
  • Manage contract renewals and handle price increases.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to understand needs and improve service programs.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with key contacts, including senior executives.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports and complete related administrative tasks.
  • Take on additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a management-related field.
  • 5 years of account management experience.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure in fast-changing situations.
  • Proven ability to successfully complete projects and initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional presence and confidence when working with senior leaders.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a history of achieving results.
  • Good understanding of financial concepts and overall business operations.
  • Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • Willing and able to travel by car and plane as needed for client visits, field operations, meetings, or conferences.
  • Comfortable using Google tools such as Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Drive.
