Description

  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with key contacts at assigned client organizations.
  • Coordinate specialists, support services, technical resources, operations, and leadership to meet account objectives and client expectations.
  • Connect client stakeholders with the Steritech team through business reviews, top-to-top meetings, and innovation sessions.
  • Develop and share market segment insights, trends, benchmarking, and best practices with clients.
  • Monitor account performance metrics such as quality, calibration, round spread, day-parting, survey results, Specialist feedback, and SLAs.
  • Drive account growth, profitability, accounts receivable collection, and strategic objectives.
  • Manage contract renewals and price increase terms for assigned clients.
  • Execute strategic account plans, including performance goals, financial targets, and key milestones.
  • Assess customer needs continuously and identify opportunities to add value to client programs.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports and complete related administrative procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales and/or account management organization.
  • Experience in the foodservice, grocery, convenience, or QSR industry is preferred.
  • Bilingual French/English is a strong asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a management-related field, or 3 years of progressive management experience in a related service industry, or successful completion of the internal account management track.
  • Must be able to self-start and perform effectively in high-pressure, dynamic situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with a track record of results.
  • Strong financial knowledge and business acumen.
  • High attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with Google applications such as Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Drive.
  • Willingness and ability to travel by car and airplane as needed.
  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings, including DMV, criminal, and drug checks.
