Description

  • Provide frontline client support through Zendesk by responding to questions, triaging requests, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Improve macros and knowledge base content to support timely and accurate client resolutions.
  • Maintain, monitor, and enhance automated client journey programs that enable self-service.
  • Use customer health data and metrics to identify risk, uncover account opportunities, and escalate concerns.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, Clinical Care, and other cross-functional partners to advocate for clients and improve adoption.
  • Manage escalations and complex client needs with clear, professional communication.
  • Organize and lead client product demos for members to increase understanding and engagement.
  • Prepare data, insights, and materials for client conversations and strategic reviews.
  • Surface patterns and customer insights to help inform the roadmap and improve the self-serve experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a support agent or similar client support role at a technology or healthcare company.
  • Must be based on the East Coast (Eastern Time).
  • Experience working with cross-functional groups and senior stakeholders across functions such as Client Success, Sales, Operations, Finance, Tech, and Marketing.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar help desk software is preferred.
  • Experience with remote support tools is preferred.
  • Background in HR, benefits, or healthcare is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills.
