Description

  • Create and execute territory and account plans for new and existing accounts across Benelux and the Nordics.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through closing and account expansion.
  • Identify, engage, and close high-potential accounts to drive new subscription revenue.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and track customer and transactional data in Salesforce.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to technical and business audiences, independently or with a Solutions Architect.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal, Customer Success, and other internal teams to support the sales process.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline activity and execute deals in a competitive market.
  • Foster strong communication with customers, partners, management, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on competitor offerings, industry trends, and product innovation to position Upsun effectively.
  • Travel within Benelux and the Nordics as needed to support sales efforts and customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technology sales experience, with demonstrated success in B2B sales.
  • Experience selling into both the Benelux and Nordic countries.
  • A track record of generating pipeline, identifying leads, and nurturing prospects through contract signature.
  • Experience closing new clients using solution selling and value-based selling techniques.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, for pipeline management, forecasting, and customer relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
  • English fluency is required; Dutch, Danish, or Swedish are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–30% of the time.
  • Legally authorized to work in Germany or France; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Experience with platform-as-a-service, cloud technologies, or developer-focused products is a bonus.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, cloud hosting, or modern application development workflows is a bonus.
