Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions through the ticketing system, with a focus on onboarding and HR support across APAC.
  • Escalate medium- and high-complexity employee issues to the appropriate internal teams, including Employee Experience, Payroll, and Legal.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with employees to support a smooth employee experience.
  • Support onboarding workflows for new hires across APAC and coordinate compliance with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist with mobility-related coordination, including relocations, document management, and employment documentation.
  • Ensure onboarding documents and procedures align with APAC-specific requirements.
  • Manage open tickets by prioritizing requests and responding in a timely manner.
  • Keep records updated across tools such as Monday.com, Dropbox, and the HRIS.
  • Organize internal documentation and training resources under the guidance of the EX Manager.
  • Support operational tasks, EX projects, and process improvements by identifying trends in employee queries and recommending updates to documentation and workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR support, onboarding coordination, employee lifecycle management, or mobility operations.
  • Preferred exposure to APAC markets.
  • Strong familiarity with employment operations and onboarding processes in countries such as the Philippines, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Australia.
  • Experience handling onboarding processes and employment documentation in international contexts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and collaboration tools, including ticketing systems, Monday.com, and Dropbox.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, fully remote team.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with genuine interest in people operations and global HR.
