Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries through the ticketing system, with a focus on onboarding and HR support in the Americas region.
  • Escalate medium- and high-complexity employee issues to the appropriate internal teams, including EX, Payroll, and Legal.
  • Support onboarding workflows for new hires across the Americas, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with mobility-related coordination, including relocations, document management, and employment documentation.
  • Ensure onboarding documentation and procedures reflect Americas-specific requirements.
  • Manage open tickets by prioritizing requests and ensuring timely, accurate responses.
  • Keep records updated across tools such as Monday.com, Dropbox, and HRIS platforms.
  • Help organize internal documentation and training resources under the guidance of the EX Manager.
  • Assist with operational tasks and process execution to support smooth daily workflows.
  • Identify trends in employee inquiries and contribute ideas for process and documentation improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR support, onboarding coordination, or employee mobility.
  • Experience working with Americas markets, especially the US, Canada, Mexico, or Brazil, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and employment documentation in international contexts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and collaboration tools such as ticketing systems, Monday.com, and Dropbox.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, fully remote team environment.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in people operations and global HR.
