Description

  • Own and optimize People Team operational workflows across onboarding, changes, offboarding, and recurring HR processes.
  • Design, build, and maintain automations, integrations, and workflows across HR tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Discover, implement, and oversee AI systems and processes used by the People Team, including governance, documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for People Team tools, including configuration, permissions, and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and self-service resources for internal partners and the broader organization.
  • Monitor data quality and operational controls to ensure employee data integrity and consistent process adherence.
  • Partner across the business to coordinate cross-functional processes and reduce handoff friction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, People systems, business operations, or process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year of in-depth experience using Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or a similar platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement automations and workflow improvements with an understanding of integrations and data flows.
  • Comfort administering and optimizing HR technology, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a track record of improving data quality and operational reliability.
  • Excellent project management skills, including prioritization, stakeholder communication, and delivering results on time.
  • Collaborative, service-oriented approach with the ability to translate employee and business needs into scalable processes.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality with an integrity and compliance mindset.
  • Ability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks.
