Description

  • Define the outbound strategy for the Sales Development organization in APAC.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Sales Development team.
  • Coach and mentor SDRs and junior leaders to improve performance and support career progression.
  • Develop and implement programs that increase SDR effectiveness and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales Leaders and Sales Development leadership to improve pipeline quality and quantity.
  • Partner with Growth, Revenue Operations, and Enablement on lead acquisition, process improvements, and training materials.
  • Track and report on team and individual metrics to identify improvement areas and refine prospect engagement strategies.
  • Manage the performance of direct reports and support performance management across sub-teams as needed.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop new SDR and leadership talent.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

  • Experience in a second-line leadership role with a focus on prospecting in APAC.
  • Proven success driving pipeline generation through outbound channels.
  • Strong sales acumen; prior experience in a closing role is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring SDR and leadership talent.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, especially in Sales and Growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and turn insights into strategies that improve SDR performance.
  • Remote work experience is a plus, though not required.
  • Ability to submit an application and CV in English, with a PDF CV preferred; a LinkedIn profile may be used instead of an up-to-date CV.
