Description

  • Prospect outbound and qualify leads.
  • Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Schedule sales demos for the sales team.
  • Manage and update the CRM.
  • Follow up to ensure attendance at booked appointments.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial team.
  • Support onboarding and coaching of new SDRs as the role evolves.
  • Monitor team performance and key metrics.
  • Share best practices and help improve sales processes.
  • Work with management on growth strategy and team scaling.

Requirements

  • Freelance collaboration with VAT registration, or willingness to open one.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Previous experience in sales or as an SDR.
  • Experience managing people is a plus.
  • Experience in real estate is a plus.
  • Native or fluent Italian.
  • Resilient, autonomous, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and interest in developing leadership skills.
