Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, contract, and redundancy procedures while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Lead and facilitate consultations, hearings, negotiations, and termination meetings with clients and external employees.
  • Influence and negotiate outcomes in complex termination situations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate offboarding compliance and audits with internal and external partners, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions.
  • Draft, tailor, administer, and maintain termination and supplementary documents with strict accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process offboarding cases in the internal HRIS and collaborate with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Respond to internal and external offboarding questions as a subject-matter expert.
  • Provide first-level employee relations support, including preliminary assessment of workplace concerns and coordination of appropriate resources.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, product development, and customer and employee experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance and sensitivity across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, research complex HR issues, and recommend practical solutions in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills for difficult conversations.
  • Business-level advanced written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to innovate and optimize processes, including identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Strong record-keeping and data integrity awareness.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously across various tools and evolving systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, international environment with multiple priorities and flexible hours as needed.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
  • EMEA location.
