Description

  • Lead the development and refinement of multi-touch attribution models across marketing and top-of-funnel channels.
  • Build measurement frameworks and reporting for non-paid marketing, including organic growth, brand health, share of voice, and brand sentiment.
  • Drive annual and quarterly marketing planning and forecasting, including budget allocation recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain projected lifetime value models to inform acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Analyze the full B2B funnel from awareness through closed-won revenue to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure marketing data from HubSpot and Salesforce is accurate and governed as a single source of truth.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and the broader Marketing organization on strategic analytics initiatives.
  • Act as a technical lead and mentor senior analysts while setting standards for analytical excellence across the team.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in marketing analytics within B2B SaaS or high-growth enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience designing and driving multi-touch attribution modeling for marketing and top-of-funnel streams.
  • Deep understanding of non-paid marketing measurement, including organic growth, brand health, and share of voice.
  • Experience working across the technical stack from Snowflake to dbt and BI tools.
  • Experience with CRM and automation systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to executive audiences.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
