Description

  • Act as a partner to product managers by defining success criteria for pilots and assessing product traction.
  • Build analytics capabilities from scratch, including data collection systems and reliability monitoring.
  • Evaluate the performance of new product launches and provide insights on product outcomes.
  • Lead and grow the analytics team through mentoring, 1:1s, process design, roadmap planning, and execution oversight.
  • Work with the New Products direction on early-stage initiatives across P2P, Tap-to-Pay and Kiosks, and Major Donors.
  • Support decision-making for new business verticals with product analytics and measurement frameworks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst.
  • 2+ years of team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
  • Proficiency in Python, including NumPy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, and scikit-learn.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
  • Strong English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Experience working in a Russian-speaking team or environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the company’s tech stack, including ClickHouse, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Tableau, Grafana, Airflow, and Git (preferred).
  • Curiosity, a hypothesis-driven mindset, and comfort in fast-paced, data-rich environments (bonus points).
