Description

Lead the development and refinement of multi-touch attribution models across marketing and top-of-funnel channels.
Build reporting frameworks for non-paid marketing performance, including organic reach, brand sentiment, and share of voice.
Drive annual and quarterly marketing planning and forecast investment needs with data-backed budget recommendations.
Develop and maintain projected lifetime value models to support acquisition and retention strategy.
Analyze the full B2B funnel from awareness through closed-won revenue to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
Partner with Revenue Operations to maintain data integrity and ensure HubSpot and Salesforce remain a single source of truth.
Serve as a technical lead and mentor senior analysts while setting analytical standards across the team.
Translate complex data structures into clear narratives for executives and marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

Extensive experience in marketing analytics, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth enterprise environments.
Proven experience designing and driving multi-touch attribution models for marketing and other top-of-funnel streams.
Deep understanding of non-paid marketing areas such as organic growth, brand health, and share of voice.
Experience working across the full technical stack, from Snowflake to dbt and BI tools.
Experience with CRM and automation systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Experience with modern BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
Ability to communicate complex data clearly to executives and lead strategic discussions.
Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
Strong automation and AI capabilities are expected.
Remote work experience is a plus, but not required.

Annual salary range of $52,600 to $147,950 USD for this full-time position.
