Description

Own end-to-end financial management of production execution, including headcount, cash and working capital, demand planning, standard costing, production attainment, and product margins.
Establish transparency into material costs for existing and future Anduril products.
Partner with Division Finance and Manufacturing Functional teams to own product revenue consolidation, costing models, business case analyses, and decision-making frameworks.
Build financial frameworks for operational decisions across manufacturing, supply chain, and related functions.
Support cross-functional teams with tradeoff studies to improve sustainable unit economics.
Develop complex financial models to evaluate scenarios and support strategic initiatives.
Adopt a standardized data model while tailoring it to the needs of the product portfolio.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline FP&A activities and improve reporting accuracy.
Lead executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or a technical background in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations is a plus.
4-7 years of experience in manufacturing finance, business unit finance, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
Strong analytical aptitude and a numbers-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Comfort communicating broadly and presenting work to large groups and senior leadership.
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with flexible communication norms, including occasional evening Slack responses.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

US salary range of $111,000-$147,000 USD.
