Description

  • Build new features and enhancements for the client’s primary SaaS product.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Identify and propose improvements to user experience, performance, and functionality across the application.
  • Write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that align engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Create and maintain well-scoped Jira tickets with acceptance criteria, dependencies, and priorities.
  • Produce wireframes, mockups, and interactive designs in Figma to communicate product concepts and user flows.
  • Work directly with developers during sprints, answering questions and reviewing test cases to ensure delivery matches intent.
  • Analyze product usage data and reporting in Power BI to support prioritization and measure feature impact.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and client stakeholders from concept through release.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment, preferred.
  • Proven experience writing high-quality PRDs and breaking down complex initiatives into user stories and tickets.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and ticket lifecycle tracking.
  • Working proficiency in Figma, including wireframes, mockups, and basic interactive prototypes.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools to analyze product metrics and build reports.
  • Comfort working directly with engineering teams during Agile sprint ceremonies such as standups, refinement, sprint reviews, and retros.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with distributed or fully remote teams, preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies, preferred.
  • Background in QA, UX research, or front-end development, preferred.
  • Prior experience in a consultancy or client-services environment, preferred.
