Description

Define and maintain the core KPIs used to measure product success and business impact.
Use quantitative and qualitative insights to support the Growth product line from trial to conversion.
Partner directly with the Director/VP of Product and the Data Analytics manager on product strategy and priorities.
Design A/B tests and experimentation guidelines, validate technical setup, and track experiment performance.
Align success metrics across cross-functional teams and guide stakeholders on interpretation and time to insights.
Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Create and maintain performance insights across the customer journey in partnership with Product Research.
Identify customer knowledge gaps and help influence product roadmap discussions.
Train and support product teams so they can use data and analytical tools independently.
Communicate findings through dashboards, reports, and presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Prior experience as a data analyst.
A business or engineering degree.
Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.
Experience with SQL, DBT, Excel, Tableau, or similar analysis tools.
Ability to create advanced dashboards and interactive reports that communicate complex insights clearly.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and root-cause analysis skills.
Meticulous attention to data accuracy, validation, and reporting integrity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product managers, engineers, and designers.
Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects, with familiarity using project management tools and methodologies.
Understanding of business strategy and how data-driven insights support product and business goals.
Prior experience using the Contentsquare platform, preferred.
Understanding of machine learning concepts and experience implementing predictive models, preferred.
Previous experience in product management or working closely with product leaders, preferred.
Industry experience relevant to the company’s products, preferred.
