Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial contact through closed deal.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and tailored presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Research prospects to understand their business needs and identify market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems and provide regular performance reports.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, including CEOs and managers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success as a Sales Executive, preferably with startup experience.
  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS to the Customer Experience and/or Contact Center industry.
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to hit ambitious sales targets.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and support an internal champion.
  • Ability to build strong relationships through a consultative, relationship-first approach.
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical product knowledge in a fast-moving AI market.
