Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inbound inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value propositions clearly and assess prospect needs and fit.
  • Support Account Executives with prospecting and sales follow-up as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects through the sales process until handoff to sales teams.
  • Build target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Make cold calls to prospects from multiple outside sources.
  • Identify key stakeholders, research business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Proven business development success using core sales tools, including SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with strong listening skills and a positive phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically while staying resilient through criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Strong sense of urgency, self-starting mindset, and proactive approach with new ideas.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Fluency in English and Danish.
  • Remote work experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities, with AI fluency.
