Description

  • Generate high-quality sales opportunities by running complex, high-level sales conversations that lead to Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs).
  • Build hyper-personalized prospecting loops using data enrichment and large language models to drive higher-conversion outreach.
  • Design, test, and prototype AI workflows and sales agents in collaboration with the GTM Engineering team.
  • Document successful playbooks and automations so they can be scaled across the broader 50+ person sales organization.
  • Act as the bridge between the GTM Engineering team and the frontline sales team to translate experiments into repeatable sales motions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Sales Development by helping define and operationalize AI-native outreach and workflow practices.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of outbound sales success.
  • Exceeded quota for at least the last two quarters.
  • Strong interest in the craft of sales, including copywriting, psychology, and strategy.
  • High-agency, automation-minded approach with a "hacker" mentality toward manual processes.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-native sales development, preferred.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity buyers and their business problems, preferred.
  • Comfort using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, and Clay.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and, for U.S. candidates, reside in an eligible state (CA, MD, MA, IL, OR, WA, CO, TX, FL, PA, LA, MO, or DC).
  • Must be able to complete a national police history check and reference checks before starting.
  • Must not require visa sponsorship or relocation support.
