Description

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and manage performance against key KPIs.
  • Prospect and contact key decision-makers through phone, email, social outreach, and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Present, promote, and sell Fresha products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback on industry trends and market developments.
  • Contact and follow up with 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner.
  • Record call outcomes and partner activity accurately in the CRM.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners on commercial matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building ability and a hunter mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to continuously learn, grow, and develop.
  • Fluency in English and another language is an added bonus.
  • Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is an added bonus.
