Description

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across North America.
  • Drive business development in industrial markets, including Oil & Gas, Steel, Metals, and Cement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with operators, engineering firms, and other industrial stakeholders.
  • Promote energy efficiency, electrification, and industrial optimisation solutions.
  • Support market expansion and growth of the company’s presence in North America.
  • Work directly with senior sales leadership to execute regional growth priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven business development experience in the Oil & Gas sector or heavy industry markets.
  • Track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities in industrial or energy markets.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions, ideally in energy efficiency, electrification, or industrial optimisation.
  • Experience with intelligent motor controls or speed drives, including MV motors and VFD technologies.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with operators, engineering firms, and industrial stakeholders.
  • Strong network within Oil & Gas or other heavy industry sectors across North America.
  • Experience operating in entrepreneurial or high-growth sales environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or other formal qualification not specified in the posting.
