Description

  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees with a focus on compliance and seamless documentation.
  • Prepare and verify employment packages and other onboarding materials.
  • Own the full employee onboarding lifecycle and resolve employee queries throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to support a smooth client and employee experience.
  • Maintain employee data with accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
  • Support reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives tied to operational compliance.
  • Identify and implement improvements to onboarding workflows and employee experience.
  • Champion automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability in onboarding.
  • Contribute to knowledge and content management to keep information accurate and accessible.

Requirements

  • Extensive operations experience with a strong background in people operations.
  • Experience in employment and legal contracting.
  • Proficiency in handling employment contracts and similar legally binding documents, especially in HR or people management.
  • Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, ideally startups or high-growth companies.
  • Strong written and spoken English at business level.
  • Excellent attention to detail and clear documentation and communication skills.
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively in an international, remote, asynchronous team.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace (or similar).
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support global needs when required.
  • Additional languages are considered a plus.
