Description

  • Investigate and resolve complex operational issues faced by onboarding and mobility specialists across global operations.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for operational concerns and ensure timely resolution within SLA timeframes.
  • Partner with the manager to deliver projects across operational improvement, system optimization, workflow automation, and post-implementation measurement.
  • Review onboarding and mobility workflows and recommend system enhancements, automation opportunities, and tooling improvements to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Support onboarding specialists during escalations and contribute to post-incident analysis, documentation, and recommendations.
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve HR processes, SOPs, metrics, workflows, and supporting systems.
  • Analyze, design, and execute technical and automation improvements in onboarding and mobility-adjacent systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system, workflow, and automation improvements.
  • Provide mentorship, sound judgment, and direction while facilitating collaboration across teams to resolve root causes.
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement and maturity of globally managed onboarding and mobility processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating independently in operations and delivering team-level outcomes in a global environment.
  • Strong ownership and autonomy, with the ability to set direction and deliver outcomes independently.
  • Strong operational expertise across multiple countries and regions.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional HR lifecycle operations such as onboarding, mobility, and transitions in a global environment.
  • Experience translating operational requirements into system or automation enhancements with Product, Engineering, or IT teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in HR and operations systems, including workflow automation, system configuration, and integrations.
  • Strong focus on SLAs, operational metrics, and performance outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • High proficiency in English, written and spoken.
  • Comfort working asynchronously and effectively in distributed teams.
  • Experience supporting global leadership teams in large organizations and high-growth environments is preferred.
