Description

  • Lead and develop a team of quota-carrying Account Executives focused on net new business.
  • Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support the SEA hunter team and align execution with strategy and goals.
  • Mentor direct reports on pipeline building, opportunity advancement, and closing best practices.
  • Help team members define career paths and support their development through performance management and coaching.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the sales cycle and refine a scalable, measurable, predictable team process.
  • Collaborate with senior sales management, marketing, and business partners to iterate on go-to-market strategy.
  • Prioritize prospective accounts, establish sales metrics and practices, and maintain forecast hygiene and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance on tools used throughout the sales cycle to support growth and continuous improvement.
  • Review weekly and quarterly performance data, including pipeline advancement, wins and losses, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of mentoring direct reports on pipeline building, opportunity advancement, and closing best practices.
  • Ability to foster cross-functional alignment and coordination across teams and functional groups.
  • Consistent history of delivering against targets and achieving team goals sustainably.
  • Experience refining and running scalable, measurable, and predictable team processes.
  • Experience with tools used in the Account Executive function, along with Salesforce knowledge.
  • Proven track record of hiring and developing a geographically distributed team of Account Executives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, including startups.
  • Proven ability to grow a global team with high standards for success and career advancement.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute functionally.
  • Experience managing quota-carrying Account Executives focused on hunting for net new business.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience managing Account Executives across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and GCR is an advantage.
  • Remote work experience is not required but is considered a plus.

  • On-target earnings between $96,000 USD and $240,000 USD, with base salary at 60%.
