Description

  • Own the location’s financial performance, including daily and monthly P&L results.
  • Drive revenue growth and gross profit by improving sales execution, pricing, productivity, and cost controls.
  • Lead, hire, train, coach, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize operations and workflows using observation and performance data.
  • Deliver strong customer experiences by maintaining service standards and resolving customer concerns.
  • Use technology and operational systems to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven operational leadership experience managing a business unit, location, or department with accountability for results.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to analyze metrics and interpret P&L data.
  • Experience leading revenue-driven teams and improving sales performance, productivity, and margin management.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and execute operational improvements quickly.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments and taking ownership of measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new technology platforms.
  • Prior automotive experience is not required.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, service, or other operational industries is welcome.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work overhead and in tight spaces, stand and walk most of the workday, and use hand tools and manual transmission vehicles.

Benefits

  • $100,000 - $120,000 base salary.
  • $20,000 - $30,000 annual bonus paid monthly.
  • Up to 6% gross profit share.
