Description

  • Proactively identify, reach out to, and acquire high-growth brands and direct retailers as partners.
  • Understand prospective clients’ supply chain pain points and position the company’s logistics model and technology as the solution.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and industry events across APAC and global retail markets.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and commercial proposals that communicate the platform’s value proposition.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing structures, SLAs, and legal terms.
  • Monitor logistics trends and competitor offerings to inform go-to-market strategy and pricing decisions.
  • Work closely with Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
  • Define and refine the sales pitch for a new, zero-to-one business opportunity.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of B2C, B2B sales, or business development experience, ideally in logistics, freight forwarding, e-commerce platforms, or supply chain SaaS.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring mid- to large-scale brand or retailer accounts.
  • An existing network in the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry in Greater China or the APAC region is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and supply chain leaders.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
  • An entrepreneurial, resilient mindset and comfort operating in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work without an established playbook.
  • Experience engaging both international brands and regional stakeholders.
  • Background checks are required for employment.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related sectors is preferred.
