Description

  • Own the planning, implementation, and service levels for the APAC lifecycle contracts management team.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for contract management topics.
  • Lead recruitment, training, mentoring, supervision, and development of the regional team.
  • Provide coaching and growth opportunities to direct reports to build a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and Lifecycle stakeholders to improve integrations, processes, workflows, and SOPs.
  • Improve and optimize team processes, workflows, and tools to drive quality, efficiency, and scale.
  • Identify opportunities for automation within contracts management operations.
  • Champion Remote’s values and the Lifecycle team’s goals internally and externally.
  • Safely manage employee data and confidential information in line with established protocols.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR Operations across multiple countries in the APAC region.
  • Deep knowledge of contracts management and local labor law/compliance.
  • Track record of scaling or managing HR Operations across diverse APAC markets.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
  • Hands-on people management experience with a coaching mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using a variety of digital tools.
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction in a service-level environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills, spoken and written.
  • Startup and remote working experience is a plus.
  • Remote work experience is preferred but not required.
