Description

  • Generate new business opportunities and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Build and maintain a clean pipeline of high-velocity, volume-based opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota and manage deals according to role level expectations.
  • Create Land opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Present product information effectively and respond promptly to prospect questions and follow-up requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client process, experience, and support.
  • Self-generate leads through cold calls, premise visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Forecast sales and track progress toward monthly targets.
  • Guide clients through the buying process while closing deals efficiently.
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision makers and champions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a new business role, or related SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Proven success building customer relationships, growing accounts, and meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Native or professional fluency in German and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, including qualifying multi-stakeholder opportunities and closing deals.
  • Ability to confidently build outbound sales pipeline using multiple channels, including cold calls.
  • High integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
  • Remote work experience is not required but considered a plus.
