Description

  • Resolve website issues, bugs, and support requests.
  • Troubleshoot hosting, DNS, server, and migration-related problems while minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain website stability, security, and overall functionality.
  • Build and customize website functionality based on project requirements.
  • Develop and modify WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Create clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot compatibility issues between plugins and custom code.
  • Build and maintain API integrations and third-party platform connections.
  • Configure CRM, email marketing, and other system integrations and ensure accurate data synchronization.
  • Improve page speed, caching, image optimization, CDN setup, and Core Web Vitals performance.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of professional web development experience.
  • Strong WordPress development experience.
  • Strong PHP skills are required.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, WordPress theme customization, plugin customization, and API integrations.
  • Experience managing cPanel, DNS records, Linux hosting environments, and website migrations.
  • Experience working within a digital marketing or web development agency.
  • Experience using AI tools in professional workflows within the last 2 years.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional English communication skills.
  • Full-stack development experience is preferred.
  • Custom plugin development experience is preferred.
  • Experience with SiteGround and WP Engine is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM integrations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is preferred.
  • Experience optimizing websites for Core Web Vitals is preferred.
  • A portfolio and/or relevant case studies are required, and candidates must submit a portfolio demonstrating complete website design projects, including process, technologies used, and outcomes.
