Description

  • Develop quarterly strategic roadmaps for 8–12 Amazon accounts generating $5M+ in annual revenue.
  • Track weekly performance metrics and manage roadmap execution through project management systems.
  • Forecast inventory coverage, stockout, and excess inventory risks 2–3 months in advance.
  • Coordinate with clients, supply chain teams, and internal stakeholders to prevent revenue disruption.
  • Manage client communications while coordinating analysts, copywriters, designers, and advertising teams.
  • Lead a pod of 3–4 specialists by setting goals, delegating work, managing capacity, and coaching team members.
  • Align promotions, pricing, conversion testing, and listing updates with paid search campaigns.
  • Manage Amazon workflows involving Flat Files, Brand Registry, stranded inventory, listing suppression, A+ Content, and Amazon Experiments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Amazon Seller Operations experience in an agency setting managing 6–12 simultaneous client accounts.
  • Experience managing external client communication and internal team coordination in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including Flat Files, Brand Registry, listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and Amazon Experiments.
  • Strong understanding of how seller operations and inventory health affect PPC performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, including the ability to explain technical Amazon concepts clearly to business owners.
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks, manage team capacity, and lead analysts and creatives.
  • Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills, including inventory forecasting.
  • Must reside in a Latin American country and submit a resume in English.
