Description

  • Design, launch, and optimize outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone channels.
  • Build, segment, enrich, and maintain targeted prospect databases using sales and data tools.
  • Develop and test outreach messaging, including email sequences, LinkedIn campaigns, and call scripts.
  • Conduct discovery calls, sales presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline stages, sales activities, and forecasting metrics.
  • Build and lead a remote outbound sales team, including SDRs, cold callers, email specialists, and other support roles.
  • Define team structure, hiring plans, onboarding processes, and performance expectations.
  • Create sales playbooks, outreach frameworks, scripts, and operational processes.
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members to improve performance and conversion rates.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting systems to support accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with leadership, marketing, and client delivery teams to align outbound efforts and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline performance, activity metrics, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve outbound effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Director of Sales, or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience hiring, onboarding, training, and managing Account Executives or Closers.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong coaching and performance management abilities.
  • Experience creating sales processes, playbooks, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate insights into improved team performance.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience managing remote sales teams.
  • Strong ownership mentality and results-oriented leadership style.
  • Highly motivated by performance-based compensation and revenue growth.
  • Experience within a marketing agency environment is preferred.
  • Experience selling marketing services to U.S.-based businesses is preferred.
  • Experience serving law firms, legal services organizations, or professional services firms is preferred.
  • Experience reviewing sales calls and implementing coaching programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and sales forecasting is preferred.
