Description

  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities across an assigned account portfolio.
  • Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, tactics, and timelines.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Directors on sales and growth strategy for Dodge products and other priorities.
  • Overcome objections by reinforcing product value using customer analytics and consultative value-selling techniques.
  • Build trusted client relationships to surface dissatisfaction early and retain accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and share feedback with Marketing, Product, and Customer Care.
  • Train and support clients through demos, onboarding sessions, and profile and saved-search setup.
  • Position Dodge as an industry thought leader through webinars, case studies, whitepapers, and other customer-facing content.
  • Meet KPIs tied to retention, contact rate, upsell, and renewal ratios while following CRM and account interaction SOPs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with overlay quota responsibility for more complex or more profitable service products or solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contract renewals and drive revenue expansion within existing accounts.
  • Strong consultative-selling skills with the ability to uncover pain, coach customers on best practices, and connect solutions to business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Empathetic small-business growth mindset with a focus on customer success.
  • Experience selling or working within a SaaS environment.
  • Previous CRM or order management system experience preferred.
  • Strong core competencies in communication, interpersonal effectiveness, growth mindset, continuous learning, problem solving, decision making under pressure, organization, time management, and persuasive presentation and written communication.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel as needed for face-to-face account meetings.
