Description

  • Lead consultative inbound intro calls with parents and students to understand goals, explain the admissions process, and recommend appropriate programs and packages.
  • Own the prospective student and family relationship from first contact through enrollment, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Follow up strategically and consistently to address questions, maintain engagement, and help prospects decide to partner with Inspira.
  • Test new scripts, refine messaging, and experiment with follow-up strategies to improve conversion rates and the enrollment experience.
  • Close deals across multiple programs and services while meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, counseling, and finance teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment across the customer journey.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends and share feedback with founders and leadership to inform product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage the full sales cycle, including lead tracking, communication logging, email templates, forecasting, and data integrity.
  • Forecast enrollments by managing deal stages, values, and close dates in HubSpot.
  • Support onboarding and customer success for newly enrolled students to help ensure a strong start and high satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment, ideally with sales cycles under 2–3 months.
  • Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages with ACV of $5,000+.
  • Track record of exceeding targets while delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in presenting, writing, and speaking clearly, empathetically, and professionally.
  • Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot or similar tools, with the ability to maintain clean data and use systems to drive performance.
  • Comfort with data and reporting, including experience using Excel or Google Sheets to build and interpret dashboards.
  • Nice to have: prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales.
