Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Lead client meetings and performance conversations with clear preparation and professionalism.
  • Monitor account performance and communicate results, insights, and business impact to clients.
  • Work with internal specialists and project managers to coordinate execution and keep accounts moving smoothly.
  • Identify potential risks early and escalate issues or propose solutions before they grow.
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction, trust, and retention through proactive communication and support.
  • Use structured workflows, SOPs, reporting processes, and internal systems to manage accounts effectively.
  • Translate marketing performance into clear, ROI-focused business value for clients.
  • Contribute to referral generation, churn prevention, and long-term relationship growth.

Requirements

  • 8–9+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, client success, or a related client-facing role.
  • Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written English with strong professional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships at the same time.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, website analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance and communicate insights through clear ROI-focused business storytelling.
  • Strong meeting facilitation and client presentation skills.
  • Experience working within structured workflows, SOPs, and operational processes.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in daily marketing workflows.
  • Excellent organizational skills, responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to work aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours.
  • Experience with HubSpot or Pipedrive is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, reporting dashboards, or call tracking platforms such as CallRail is preferred.

Benefits

  • Compensation of $2,800 per month USD.
  • Full-time remote position.
  • 8-hour workdays totaling approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to client retention, referrals, and company performance.
  • Clear growth path with increasing account complexity.
  • Role is open only to candidates residing in LATAM countries.
