Description

  • Take over media buying, lifecycle marketing, and search strategy from external agencies and manage hands-on execution in the early stages.
  • Audit and optimize the Shopify store and broader e-commerce ecosystem to improve conversion rate, average order value, and cart recovery.
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other social platforms.
  • Deploy and manage email and SMS automation flows using Klaviyo and conversational AI tools.
  • Design and execute SEO and AI Engine Optimization strategies to grow organic search traffic.
  • Build and maintain bi-weekly performance dashboards tracking CAC, ROAS, LTV, margins, and other key KPIs.
  • Draft standard operating procedures and develop a hiring plan for future marketing specialists.
  • Collaborate directly with the Founder to shape and execute the company’s e-commerce growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience scaling physical DTC products in the U.S. market.
  • Proficient written and verbal English skills to write marketing copy, create SOPs, and present reports.
  • Strong hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Deep familiarity with building, managing, and optimizing Shopify storefronts.
  • Proven experience building and managing lifecycle workflows and automated flows in Klaviyo.
  • Independent, results-driven owner’s mindset with comfort managing revenue targets and department budgets.
  • Experience with gardening, lawn care, CPG, or seasonal outdoor products is a strong plus.
  • Must reside in a Latin American country to be eligible for consideration.
