Description

  • Build standard operating procedures, marketing processes, and a strategic roadmap for the department.
  • Expand acquisition channels beyond Google Shopping into Google Search, YouTube, programmatic advertising, and localized influencer campaigns.
  • Take hands-on ownership of campaign execution, including building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and SEO/Paid Search efforts during growth transitions.
  • Plan and deploy marketing strategies tailored to European consumer preferences while preparing for US and LATAM expansion.
  • Revamp and manage automated email marketing flows and retention programs to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Lead and guide internal creatives and digital freelancers, with responsibility to recruit, hire, and scale the team as needed.
  • Own the marketing budget, set KPIs, track performance, and report results directly to the founders.
  • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Semrush to monitor and improve marketing performance.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of marketing experience.
  • Deep experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses.
  • Startup or high-growth brand experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to design multi-channel growth strategies and execute tactically when needed.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), SEO, email marketing CRM systems, and web analytics.
  • Experience scaling physical consumer products, especially in beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer electronics, is a major plus.
  • Experience building and managing marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Preferred experience growing consumer brands internationally and managing multi-country campaigns.
  • Familiarity with European consumer markets and marketing preferences.

  • Salary starts at $4,000+ per month, depending on experience.
  • Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.
  • Flexible European overlap schedule, with a start time around 6:00 AM in most LATAM time zones.
  • 30 days of annual paid leave.
