Description

  • Develop and execute the B2B and enterprise marketing strategy aligned with JetBrains’ global marketing strategy.
  • Plan and run campaigns for the focus segment, including digital marketing, offline and online events, and PR campaigns.
  • Design and execute account-based marketing programs for specific enterprise accounts.
  • Support sales enablement by partnering with sales, customer success, and resellers on content, training, and activities.
  • Lead the marketing narrative for different B2B personas and coordinate content production with internal and external partners.
  • Design, implement, and improve the lead generation pipeline with the marketing automation team to deliver quality leads to sales.
  • Advocate for the B2B and enterprise customer segment across the organization.
  • Collaborate with market research and analytics teams to inform strategy and ensure the segment is served effectively.
  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, product leadership, marketing leadership, customer support, and customer success to ensure a cohesive customer approach.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the B2B and enterprise customer segment and its needs and challenges.
  • Successful experience marketing software or SaaS products or services to B2B or enterprise customers.
  • Understanding of company software purchasing processes, including decision-making personas and decision flows.
  • Curiosity about differences between industries and cultures in marketing approaches and decision-making.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a distributed team without direct supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation for both user experience and business considerations.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of proven experience in B2B Marketing, Business Development, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Experience building and leading multi-role marketing teams (preferred).
  • Familiarity with JetBrains products or similar products from other vendors (preferred).
  • Prior experience working in IT companies or a technical background (preferred).
